Evolving THE Talent Brand OF a Growing Biopharma Leader

As Syndax transitioned from a research-driven biotech firm into a commercial-stage pharmaceutical company, they faced a challenge familiar to many fast-scaling organizations: how to evolve their employer brand to match their ambition. With a distributed workforce and a need to recruit top-tier talent across scientific, operational, and commercial roles, Syndax needed visual storytelling that would reflect their mission, culture, and momentum — and resonate with the next generation of changemakers in biotech.
REVOLUTION OFFISTE
Syndax brought their fully distributed team together for a rare in-person offsite, and we saw an opportunity. Because the team is remote-first, this event was a golden moment to showcase Syndax’s culture and collect voices from across departments and locations, all in one place. Over the course of three intense days, we: filmed more than 80 employee interviews, captured executive team sessions, and produced a library of video content to support internal communications, social media, and their careers site. 
The scale and depth of this shoot created a narrative goldmine, and we continue to roll out new assets informed by those conversations. As new themes and messaging emerge from the interviews, they’re shaping the future of Syndax’s employer brand.
Light The Night
Each year, Syndax participates in Light The Night, a fundraising walk hosted by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. This event gives Syndax a way to show - not tell - the mission and heart behind their work. Content of their team walking, volunteering, and sharing powerful personal stories, helps them spotlight their corporate values, connect with their patient community, and share a purpose-driven message with both internal teams and external audiences. For potential hires, this isn’t just PR - it’s proof that Syndax is a company worth joining.
